This recipe is so easy to make and only needs 2 ingredients and 10 minutes! Banana pancakes are one of my favourite breakfasts, they are healthy, unbelievably tasty and I love how I can have different toppings on them every time.INGREDIENTS (MAKES ABOUT 4 MEDIUM SMALL PANCAKES) large banana about 150g2 eggsMETHODMash the banana with a fork and place in a bowl. Break the eggs, add them to the banana and whisk well (or throw everything into a blender).
