Is it possible to exchange a product for a different size? How?

Need a different size? Don't waste time, make a new order with a size that will fit you, and send the goods that did not fit you back within 60 days. The money for the returned goods will be credited to your account.

Please fill the form and send us those products with an invoice also with the note how would you like to receive your money back and afterwards please contact helpdesk@nebbia.biz and our college will happily guide you through the whole process.

The item should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition.

The duration of the process could last up to 30 days.

The cost of postage will be paid by us, you will find the returnable sticker in your parcel or it could be provided by one of our collages by email.

In case you will return your items damaged or used we reserve the right to reject the shipment and the items will be sent back at your expenses.
