High Protein Brownies by Rebeka

ONLY 7 INGREDIENTS (six servings):

200 g protein pudding (chocolate, e.g. Ehrmann)

50 g spelt flour

30 g whey protein – chocolate flavour (whey protein is ideal for achieving daily protein intake)

5 g baking powder

100 ml water

6 g chocolate flavouring (flavdrops or stevia)

25 g dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour the chocolate pudding into a baking dish (or smaller high baking tray). Add all the bulk ingredients and pour the water. Stir everything well with a whisk. Top with chocolate chips. Put the brownies in an oven preheated to 200 °C (upper and lower heating) and bake for about 30 minutes. After baking, let cool.

Tip: To prevent the brownies from burning on the surface, cover them with tinfoil after 15 minutes.

The Best Chocolate Pudding by Nina

INGREDIENTS:

50 g oat flakes

200 ml milk (1.5%)

15 g honey

1 bar of dark chocolate (I recommend J. D. Gross Raspberry)

50 g banana

+ a teaspoon of honey and a bit of butter to fry the banana

INSTRUCTIONS:

Stir all the ingredients except the banana in a saucepan and cook over a low heat until it forms a thicker pudding consistency. While the porridge is cooling in the bowl, prepare the banana. Lightly fry the banana with honey in butter. Put it on top of the porridge and enjoy the best pudding porridge.
