PREPARATION
Chicken with sauce:
1. Wash the meat, dice, salt and put it in a bowl. Add grated ginger, soy sauce and mix well.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the prepared mixture.
3. Add the coconut milk, the rest of the ginger, a pinch of chilli and mix everything thoroughly.
4. Finally, add the peanut butter and honey.
Buckwheat noodles:
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water.
SERVING
