The easiest breakfast is sweet breakfast. Mix yoghurt
with banana, add oats and you’re ready to eat. However, for these savoury
waffles, you’ll have no problem with waking up a bit earlier. Try this new
recipe, experiment, and discover new flavours. These savoury waffles from oats
won’t disappoint you. If you like them, you can double the amount of
ingredients in the recipe below and prepare them in advance for later in the
week.
Ingredients (1
portion)
- 50 g of instant oats
- 70 g of Greek yoghurt
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- Salt, spices
Instructions
1. Mix the dry ingredients and then add yoghurt and
the egg. Mix until well combined, check for curds. If you want
to make it easier for yourself, add all the ingredients to a blender then pour
the batter into the waffle maker.
2. Grease the griddle with olive oil.
3. Pour in the batter and leave to cook for about 5 –
7 minutes.
4. Garnish to taste. Our waffles are great with
prosciutto, eggs, or grated cheese.
